Kanke
Kanke is a yoga teacher, sound therapist, and Head of Studio at Limber Studio Bangkok. Blending movement, poetry, and sound, she guides students through soulful Vinyasa flows and immersive healing experiences. Trained in multiple sound healing modalities, Kanke also collaborates with hotels and wellness spaces to curate transformative sessions that connect body, breath, and emotion.



Pear

Pear is a certified yoga instructor with advanced training in Sound Healing from the Golden Temple Singing Bowl & Healing Center. Her classes begin with grounding meditation, leading into a mindful flow designed to build strength and deepen body awareness. Each session ends with a calming sound bath, using Tibetan bowls or healing music, leaving you refreshed and centered.

Yok

​Yok found transformation in yoga, learning strength in stillness and peace in movement. With a solid foundation in yoga and stretching science, she’s dedicated to helping you feel at home in your body while cultivating strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Believing yoga is for everyone, Yok encourages growth at your own pace. Let’s breathe, grow, and connect—both on and off the mat.

Diane

​Diane is known for her creative, powerful, and playful teaching style. Specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, and Ashtanga-inspired flow, She brings energy and positivity to each class, creating a dynamic, humble, and friendly atmosphere that boosts both mood and body.

Rory​

“Now, open your eyes with a big smile on your face.” This is the feeling Rory’s practice brings—from meditation to Savasana. Inspired by nature's fluidity and a deep connection to the earth, Rory’s sessions foster a transformative experience, grounding you in your body and encouraging you to let go and move with the flow.

Hninsu​

Hninsu is a passionate and dedicated student of Yoga. Her classes are designed to focus on building strength, flexibility and mobility. She is deeply committed to helping students understand their own bodies and work through challenges. Her teaching nurtures resilience and balance, guiding students to emerge stronger, healthier and more connected in both mind and body.

John

John Lizcano is a skilled yoga teacher and movement educator with nearly a decade of experience. Beginning his journey in gymnastics, he discovered yoga and mobility as key to long-term athletic health. Passionate about anatomy and biomechanics, John’s teaching blends flexibility, strength, and injury prevention. Now based in Bangkok, he offers in-studio programs specializing in flexibility, mobility, and handstand mastery, ideal for those seeking sustainable progress in alignment and body awareness.

 

Calisthenics

 

Hakim

Hakim Azahar is a Thailand-based athlete and coach specializing in Calisthenics, Handstands, and Strength Training. With over a decade of experience, he’s a global calisthenics figure, crowned "Southeast Asia Street Workout Champion 2015" and "Asian Championship Bench Press Champion 2023," and holds the world record for the 90° Handstand Push-up on parallettes. A WCO-certified coach, Hakim has over 8 years of coaching experience, leading seminars in Thailand and Malaysia and training clients worldwide.

Nipon

​Nipon Sritin is a calisthenics icon and former World Calisthenics Champion (2018 WSWCF, Egypt). Self-taught and determined, he mastered the sport without a coach or financial support, gathering knowledge independently. Nipon’s dedication led him to win Thailand’s Street Workout Freestyle Championship (2018) and secure 2nd place in the World Cup in Latvia before claiming 1st place at the World Cup Super Final in Egypt. He now teaches calisthenics in Bangkok, inspiring others with his belief that calisthenics is for everyone.

Oum

​Oum began her calisthenics journey five years ago, guided by Nipon and finding a community she now calls "home." Driven to improve, she continued learning and eventually became a calisthenics coach to share the knowledge she gained. Oum believes calisthenics is a powerful tool for mental and physical growth and aims to help others experience its mental benefits in daily life.

Mat Pilates

​

Bow
Bow is a certified Pilates teacher and self-awareness & self-compassion facilitator who discovered the power of kind, intentional movement through her recovery from a spinal injury. This experience sparked her passion for movement that feels good from the inside out. Known for her supportive and joyful presence, Bow guides you to connect with your body—one kind breath and compassionate movement at a time.


JC

​JC has been passionate about dance and performance since age 4, starting ballet at 10, jazz at 12, and eventually earning a degree in Western Dance. With a drive to help others stay healthy, she became a certified yoga instructor in 2013, Barre instructor in 2015, and Pilates instructor in 2019. Known for her energy and enthusiasm, JC brings a lively, fun experience to every class.


Patty

​Patty started dancing at five, earning a degree in Western dance and certifications in ballet and Modern Jazz. With 12 years as a cabin crew member, she combines her customer care skills with movement expertise. As a barre and STOTT Pilates instructor, Patty designs dynamic, goal-focused classes with a detail-oriented touch.

Charm

​Charm brings 6 years of experience and certifications in STOTT and Classical Pilates, offering a holistic, dynamic approach. Her goal is to guide clients toward better posture, strength, and confidence, all while sharing positive energy and good vibes to enhance their overall well-being.

Jane

Jane firmly believes that Mat Pilates offers foundational skills and benefits of Pilates that is accessible, versatile and affordable to anyone. Driven by a desire to help others, she pursued a Pilates instructor certification through BASI Pilates. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment for all students to explore their unique wellness journeys through movement.
